Communing with Nature - April 28th/29th
at the Harmony Centre (link) Walpole Hatch Farm, Halesworth.
The Centre provides a tranquil oasis in the heart of the Suffolk countryside and yet is accessible from the A12.
This workshop will provide an opportunity for you to
- Develop all your senses in order to become sensitive and spatially aware
- Experience Nature in terms of colour, light, sound, space and silence
- Respect the inherent wisdom in Nature by communicating with the animal, plant and mineral kingdoms
- Appreciate how you can co-create with Nature
Cost of the 2 days £225 inc vegetarian lunches ( £150 for students and those on low incomes)

An experiential and transformative workshop where you can
- Experience your current state of sensitivity to energy in yourself, others and in nature, in tranquil Suffolk countryside
- Apply a range of techniques such as dowsing rods, pendulums, and kinesiology muscle-testing,
to detect energy, both indoors and outdoors.
- Practice exercises to enhance your own and others’ energy for healing purposes.
- Use colour, crystals, sound, music, meditation and goal-setting to address blockages in your personal development.
